Overall, I like Fareway as a small grocery store. Perhaps the meat counter is the big winner with them, but I wasn't impressed with their selection of off the shelf items.
I went into the Fareway off of 168th & Harrison a couple of weeks ago and I felt like I was in an Osco Drug from the 80's. It will be interesting to see what other businesses are attracted to the 192nd location - I always thought a Target closer to Gretna would do well (not next door to a HyVee but possibly up the street somewhere). typically I shop at the 180th & Q and that's their smallest store in Omaha. I'm looking forward to the 192nd & 370 HyVee opening up later.
